Why "D⁴ Creative"?

I have broad ranging skills and experience in many aspects of creative design disciplines, but the process is the same. It starts with a dream - conceptualising something that doesn't yet exist and dreaming into being. But dreams need to develop from the conceptual to the actual, filling in details and refining in clarity, purpose and direction. Progressive development leads us to design the right solution - the dream becoming reality. And finally, for a solution to be of value it must deliver! Whether it is a database application, a printed brochure, vehicle graphics, or website, it has to leave the 'lab' and get into the hands of the intended user to fulfil its purpose.

About

Since finishing my Graphic Design Associate Diploma (in 1992), I have worked in a wide variety of design disciplines including graphic design for print and web, corporate video, 3D animation and motion graphics. All these disciplines crossover in the current digital marketplace that necessitates design solutions that are engaging in both print and screen-based media. 

Additionally, I have many years of experience developing database applications that are powerful, affordable and user-friendly using Claris Filemaker Pro.
